Molecular Gastronomist

Are you fascinated by the science of food? Do you want your life to revolve around mixing textures, flavors, and experimenting in the kitchen!

A molecular gastronomist incorporates science into food.  One of the most influential molecular gastronomists is Nathan Myrvold, formerly CTO at Microsoft and co-founder of Intellectual Ventures.

One day he decided that he wanted to focus on the development of science in the kitchen. So he created a lab, hired the most amazing people in culinary and released the Modernist Cuisine: The Art of Science of Cooking, a series of books that go deep into the science of each food, the best ways to cook each fare, and fascinating ways to approach food.

Forager

Do you love being outside in the fields? Do you love looking for the best ingredients?

One of the trendiest jobs right now is a forager! Yes, foragers get to spend time outside looking for the best ingredients, and they get to establish connections between farms and customers. Chocolatier

Chocolatier. Yes, A dream job. Making chocolate!  Though it sounds like an easy task, one must specialize in being a chocolate expert on many levels. From processing cocoa beans to molding chocolate to tempering chocolate, and even studying all the varieties, and origins, Being a chocolatier is one of the most sensory-awakening jobs globally.
