Ingredients
1.5 ounces añejo tequila
3/4 ounce orange liqueur (your preference)
3/4 ounce fresh squeezed lime juice
1/2 tsp Mishmish N.33 or honey, saffron & lemon blend
Salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients except salt in a shaker filled with ice and shake well until chilled.
Fine strain into a coupe glass rimmed with coarse flaky salt.
Variations & Ideas:
• (Pictured) Rim the glass with Cancale N.11 instead of plain salt. The fennel and orange make the drink even more savory and fall friendly.
• Try it as a flip. Combine all ingredients (no salt) and dry shake, fine strain and 1 teaspoon of simple syrup, the white of one egg or three tablespoons of aquafaba and shake with ice until well chilled. Strain into a tulip glass and garnish with a dash of Smoked Cinnamon.

Known as the Italian macaron, the Ricciarelli is chewy on the inside and crisp on the outside, with a hint of rose water or almond essence for added flavour… this is the perfect Pesach biscuit, that can be served alongside the ubiquitous cinnamon ball with a cup of tea.
Chag Pesach Sameach!
A reimagining of hamantaschen, the hamantart is easy to make and has some fun twists, but still has the traditional poppyseed filling. A fun treat for Purim that is easy to make!
