Intro & Purpose
The Rosenfield School of Culinary Arts at The Galilee Culinary Institute by JNF-USA (GCI) is a full-time, 12-month program designed to provide a comprehensive, 360° overview of the culinary world.
Within one year, students are exposed to a wide range of disciplines — from hands-on culinary training to food systems, entrepreneurship, and real-world applications — allowing each individual to explore different directions and identify their own path within the food world.
GCI is an international institution; the program is conducted primarily in English. Tuition is $51,000 for the 12-month certificate with generous scholarships available. On-site accommodations in our suites is $12,000.
How You Will Learn
Learning at GCI is hands-on, structured, and experience-driven.

The program runs over a full weekly schedule (5 days per week), combining practical and theoretical components. This integrated approach is designed to help students build practical skills while exploring the wide range of paths and opportunities within the culinary world.
