Take in the artistry of cooking. Our chef demonstrations offer a front-row seat to the creative process. Watch GCI by JNF chefs prepare dishes live while sharing stories, techniques, and insights drawn from the rich culinary traditions of the Galilee and beyond. This format is designed for observation, learning, and enjoyment, allowing guests to experience the craft of professional cooking in a comfortable, engaging setting without stepping into the kitchen themselves. Ideal for food lovers who want to be inspired, entertained, and educated while enjoying the experience as spectators.
