Anna Ovadia
Anna Ovadia is a business development and partnerships professional with more than 10 years of experience turning relationships into revenue and impact. In her last role as Partnerships Manager at MIGAL Research Institute, she built collaborations across industry, government, and academia, crafting sharp narratives, fostering commercialization opportunities, and strengthening the Upper Galilee innovation ecosystem. Previously, she led business development and sales in clinical research, negotiating multi-million contracts, driving key accounts, and building the processes and marketing foundation that scaled client engagement. Anna is “excited to be part of building GCI by JNF into a vibrant hub for food, people and ideas, while contributing to the growth of the Galilee through creating meaningful partnerships and experiences.”

Jordan Goldberg
Jordan recently made aliyah (immigration to Israel) from Chicago, USA, and lives in Kibbutz Gonen where GCI by JNF is located. With a background in different styles of agriculture and other plant-based industries, alongside his work with Chicago’s Jewish community through JCC Camp Chi, “working at GCI by JNF is a dream come true and combines my passions for agriculture, culinary, and community.”

Benny brings over 30 years of technical expertise that began in the Air Force's electronic intelligence unit. As a registered patent inventor, he specializes in optimizing complex industrial systems through creative” outside-the-box” problem-solving. He combines multi-disciplinary knowledge with a commitment to professional excellence and independent, analytical learning.
