New Podcast from The GCI.

Introducing What's Burning

We are beyond excited to announce that the brand new GCI by JNF podcast, "What's Burning", is officially live! Can’t wait for you to listen and if you love it as much as we do, please give a review and rating!

On the show, we invite celebrated chefs, food icons, and industry experts from around the world to help us reimagine culinary education. Our goal is to better prepare the next generation of culinarians, amateurs, and professionals alike, to understand our food culture's richness and complexity, and to inspire them to strive for excellence in whatever they do.

Mitchell Davis, the former Chief Strategy Officer for the James Beard Foundation, hosts this incredible podcast. He is a leading voice in the culinary world as a prolific writer, speaker, podcaster, and the author of several critically acclaimed cookbooks (including Kitchen Sense, and The Mensch Chef).

The initial guest line-up is pretty unbelievable. We're launching "What's Burning" by featuring conversations with Gaggan Anand, Owner & Executive Chef of "Gaggan" in Bangkok, and also a conversation with Jamila Robinson, Food Editor of the Philadelphia Inquirer. Future guests include: Danny Meyer, Dan Barber, Lily Jan, Michael Elegbede, Nicolas Chatenier, and more.

New episodes of "What's Burning" will be released every other Wednesday with the next episode dropping on January 26th.

We invite you to listen to "What's Burning" on the website, OR you can listen to the show wherever you get your podcasts, e.g., Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, Audible, Google Podcasts, etc., just search for "What's Burning".

Yalla!
