We have a name—Restaurant Galil! Following several successful pilot events, the team is continuing to build on that momentum as we prepare for the restaurant’s official opening. Each pilot has provided valuable opportunities to test and refine everything from menu selections and service to day-to-day operations and the overall guest experience.

Behind the scenes, the team is experimenting with dishes, gathering feedback, and fine-tuning the details that will help bring Restaurant Galil to life. We have also begun interviewing potential staff members for both front and back-of-house positions, an important step in building a strong team that will deliver a warm, welcoming, and memorable experience for every guest.

With each milestone—from refining dishes and operations to building our team—we are getting closer to opening the doors of Restaurant Galil and creating a dining experience that reflects the spirit of the Galilee.
