This is not just a school; it’s a new chapter for Israel’s North. Together with its people, we’re reimagining the entire region and building a vibrant epicenter of culinary creativity, job creation, economic development, and sustainable growth. From the dining hall of a historic northern Kibbutz, lovingly preserved and now reborn as our flagship restaurant and teaching space, to our partnerships with local universities and research institutes, every element is intentional. The view from the Rosenfield School of Culinary Arts on the Marvin Sukonik Campus is nothing short of breathtaking. Green rolling hills; red-roofed homes; patchwork fields of fresh produce, and distant mountains. It truly is the Tuscany of the Middle East and the cuisine will follow suit: an infusion of 82 cultures, flavors, and recipes blending into a delicious culinary tapestry.
