Narkis Dahadi
Born and raised in Kibbutz Kfar Blum in the Upper Galilee, Narkis has more than 13 years of experience in event production and hospitality management. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale events, developed hospitality concepts, and created memorable guest experiences. Narkis returned home after many years in Tel Aviv, bringing with her extensive professional experience and a deep commitment to the region.
“As someone who grew up in the Galilee,” she said, “I feel deeply connected to this place and to the wonderful people and communities that shape it.
“I’m excited to bring my experience and passion for hospitality, the culinary world, and creating experiences that people want to return to, while contributing to the growth and renewal of the Galilee—the place I’m proud to call home.”

Adam Renbaum

A highly experienced chef with more than a decade in professional kitchens, Adam specializes in team leadership, full kitchen operations, and a range of international cuisines, including Italian, Japanese, Indian, and Mediterranean. He has a proven track record of implementing work procedures, mentoring young staff, and developing menus.
Adam said, “As someone who lives in the North, I’m proud to be part of a project that I believe will take the region’s culinary scene to a new level. It’s an exciting step in my career, and I’m honored to contribute to an organization driven by excellence and a passion for food.”
