Campus Updates

Renovations on GCI by JNF’s main campus building – home to our restaurant and training kitchens -- are nearing completion! Originally built in the 1960s as a Kibbutz dining and designed by renowned architect David Best (z”l), it is now being reimagined by architect Yael Sivan-Geist (Metave Ir) and interior designer Adi Oppenheim (Open Mind Art), yet it retains its iconic eggshell ceiling and legacy. With a view as beautiful as Napa or Tuscany, the restored dining hall will not only serve exquisite food but also the legacy of the pioneers who once built this region.

Community members and long-time residents are compiling recipes and will co-teach alongside top chefs. It is history, heritage, and haute cuisine rolled into one. This is not just a restaurant; it’s a living classroom.

Better make your reservations now! (Well, as soon as the reservation site is available). In the meantime, follow us on social so you can get the latest updates, sign up for our newsletter and subscribe to the Jewish National Fund YouTube page where you’ll soon see food shows from GCI by JNF.
