Galilee Culinary Institute by JNF, Rosenfield School of Culinary Arts is a revolutionary approach to culinary arts. This program is a 12-month, community immersion and intensive culinary arts program designed specifically for students to acquire a combination of practical culinary skills – and a broad application of the major themes moving the food world today. 

The Galilee is often referred to as the Tuscany of Israel – we personally think it's even better. The beauty seems to be never-ending with rolling hills, sun-drenched mountain paths, landscapes of lush greenery. But, beyond the stunning outdoors, the real beauty is in the mingling of traditions, religions and cultures unique to Israel.

GCI by JNF is pleased to announce that it is accepting pre-applications for the inaugural class to the Rosenfield School of Culinary Arts, set to begin studies in November 2024. Think of the pre-application as a two-way street. It’s a way for us to get to know a bit about you, your goals and interest level in this program; but it’s also an opportunity for you to learn much more about the GCI.
